STORE was able to raise over $1,000 in cash and new, unwrapped toys for the Toys for Tots Marine Toy Drive. It was all possible because of you. The "Networking in the Gardens" networking group that joins us every 3rd Friday of the month did an outstanding job in supporting this cause. If you are interested in joining us, please give us a call to double check the date and bring at least 50 business cards. There is a $5 fee that we use towards food and every 6 months, donate to charity. Feel free to give us a call anytime if you have any questions.
Happy Holidays and THANK YOU again to everyone that helped out this year and to Cindy & Frantz for organizing it all!

There were more than 60 people from the business community in attendance. Chamber members enjoyed glasses of wine as the management team gave tours of the facility’s wine room and lockers.

The event also kicked off the facility’s holiday toy drive to benefit the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys For Tots organization. In lieu of admission to the event, attendees brought a new toy for donation and were given raffle tickets for each toy donated. STORE Self Storage and Wine Storage is a collection site for Toys For Tots and will also store all the toys collected until they’re distributed to the children in the Palm Beach Gardens area.

County Appreciates Support of Homeless Resource Center by The Breakers, Goodwill and Store

When the county’s new Homeless Resource Center in West Palm Beach opens next year, furnishing it won’t be a problem, thanks to a unique public/private partnership with The Breakers, Gulfstream Goodwill Industries and Store Self Storage.

On July 8, Goodwill employees moved sofas, stuffed chairs, tables, and more than 200 pieces of beautiful artwork from the Breakers hotel into a 10-by-20-foot bay at Store Self Storage in Palm Beach Gardens where they will be kept free of charge until the new resource center is ready.

The Breakers donated the furnishings from a recent 69-room renovation. All the items were wrapped and moved by Goodwill personnel, and Store Self Storage offered the free storage space. Pieces not retained for the homeless center will be available for sale at area Goodwill stores and boutiques with the PBC Homeless Advisory Board receiving a share of the proceeds. Click here to view more.

Texas Hold’em Event a Smashing Success for Cystic Fibrosis!!

Store Self Storage & Wine Storage - Fun Time for all at Texas Hold’em Saturday night. Spring is the time to declutter and organize your home for the great weather and preparation of next winter. Last year, clothes and objects were thrown from room to room and your house ended up just as full as before, only objects were in different places. At STORE Self Storage, we can help your cleaning become quick, easy, and simple.

Here are a few steps to follow:
1) Design a plan - decide a day when you can get a few household members to go through personal rooms and then together in the communal rooms.

2) Attack one room at a time. Go through all the items in the room and remove those that can be stored, sold and/or donated. Organize all the remaining items in that room. Once you are done, do not add any items to the room. This process should declutter your home in a total of a day or two. Once the home is decluttered, it will make dusting, cleaning, and organizing a lot easier.

3) Your garage or a spare room is probably full of bags to be sold or donated. The easiest solution is to rent a storage unit for a short time. At STORE Self Storage, we will even bring our truck and driver to assist with moving your items. This will enable you to get rid of those bags and regain your house. In the storage unit separate the items that are to be sold and those that are going to be kept for next winter.

4) Now your home is decluttered and organized. Cleaning will be a breeze. In just two days, you’ve transformed your house from having lots of things to now having lots of space. Enjoy your spring and summer!

STORE Wine Storage Featured in Wall Street Journal

In the Home & Family section of the Wall Street Journal on March 4th, 2010, Charles Passy highlights 4 wine storage facilities across the nation. He talks about wine storage facilities in New York, Seattle, Miami, and our own STORE Wine Storage in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Wine storage is a unique concept that needs to be taken seriously. “Wines not stored at the proper temperature (typically 55 to 58 degrees) or in the proper environment (somewhere dark) can easily go bad.” At STORE Wine Storage, we are proud to provide the best storage solution for your collection. Click this link to read the full Wall Street Journal Article.
